We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Perform routine screenings, immunizations, and preventive health services.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
- Maintain professional competence through continuing medical education and professional development activities.

Schedule:
We are seeking a physician available to work four 10-hour days per week, with three days at our Rosamond clinic, a half-day at our California City location, and a half-day in Mojave.

AHMG is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
