In this position, you will get to:

• Serves as a technical expert for nVent PDU (Power Distribution Units) and Server Rails products .
• Provide first line product support by providing help to customers and colleagues using nVent PDU (Power Distribution Units) and Server Rails products.
• Provide technical application assistance to identify modified and engineered products based on customer specification and application requirements.
• Conduct nVent PDU (Power Distribution Units) and Server Rails product training to customers including ODM, CSP, and SI.
• Manage strategic accounts for nVent product enhancements, product consolidation, and new product development.
• Provide market specific intelligence and feedback on products and services to the commercial teams and engineering team. Assist commercial teams with voice of customer (VOC) visits.
• Identify project RFQ spec requirement to meet internal and external needs.
• Compile and coordinate to build technical proposals in response to Server Rail and PDU RFQ proposals.
• Establish working relationships with global customer service, design engineering, and quality teams to support account commercial needs.
   

• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in engineering
• 5+ years of PDU, UPS, or Power product Hardware Engineering or FAE experience
• Work with a dynamic and inclusive multinational company
• Ability to discuss product design and improvement internally and externally.
• Previously worked in teams and a good team player
• Demonstrated problem solving and complex analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have strong customer orientation
• Good time management skills
