Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Junior Finance Analyst - Benelux

to join our Finance team in our Szentendre office.

As Junior Finance Analyst you will be required to take full ownership (with minimal supervision) of controlling Fleet & Variable Marketing budget of the Benelux National Sales Companies (NSC), including evaluation of special fleet and deals.

The position will help to develop an in-depth understanding of the financials and the operation of the NSC, and will require to oversee the physical factors behind financial changes.

The Finance Analysts work closely together with colleagues in the NSC, therefore few days long market visits are done on a yearly basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

• Support the Sales organisation in developing & implementing special fleet deals
• Ensures system used for special fleet deal approvals (FBMS) is correctly calculating deal profitability and is up to date with latest financials
• Support the monthly and quarterly accounting closes (calculating and posting reserves and accruals, consolidating A35, OTC, OGC requests), forecast and business plan development
• Prepare schedules for management analysing the effective discount rates on special deals
• Provide general and ad-hoc financial support to other departments
• Support operations on process discipline and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a University / College degree and 1+ years' work experience in Finance
• You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
• You are confident in using MS Excel
• You have strong analytical and communication skills
• You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
