This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and performance-driven organization as the Manager, Corporate P&L. As part of the Global FP&A team, this position plays a critical role in supporting our company's growth and efficiency strategies through financial analysis and business acumen. The Manager, Corporate P&L is responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of corporate expenses as well as forecasting and annual Budget processes. Role Responsibilities

The Manager, Corporate P&L plays a critical role withing the Global FP&A team, supporting the Corporate P&L pillar. The role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, forecasting, and reporting on corporate operating expenses. The Manager will partner with Corporate cost center leaders to ensure effective budget management and provide high-quality analysis to drive strategic decision-making. Specific key responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage detailed budgets and forecasts for corporate cost centers, including tracking key drivers and variances
• Support rollup of Corporate P&L for results analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Provide insightful analysis of financial data, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Work closely with senior leaders of corporate functions to understand their financial needs and challenges, providing guidance and support to optimize their Opex budgets
• Identify and implement strategies for optimizing corporate expenses while maintaining or enhancing company performance
• Lead process improvements for monthly forecasting, reporting, and annual Budget processes, seizing opportunities for greater efficiencies and insights
• Collaborate with regional Finance teams to find opportunities to standardize and globalize expense management processes, including reporting and budget simplification
• Provide decision support and support ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus
• 10+ years of experience within Finance
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in financials systems and tools (e.g. SAP, EPM, Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, is $110-$115k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
