Job Description:

The Finance Program Manager is a key member of the Commercial Finance team at Club Car. This role will directly support the Sales Organization, Customer Experience team and other operational areas of the business with retail lease deals, wholesale floorplan transactions, and order file credit release/hold management.

• Serve as primary contact to program lenders as it pertains to third party lender sales transactions, residual and interest rate communications and other lender related activities.

• Complete program and out-of-program retail lease transactions; Daily activities to include review/reconcile payoffs, T-values, applicable participation income on Golf and Turf transactions and ensure contract packages are complete.

• Secure wholesale/floorplan approvals for new and used cars transactions.

• Ensure system accuracy and enter order updates for lender bill-to info, pricing, quantities, etc. and release orders upon receipt of ATS/PO.

• Prepare executive summary for recourse transactions and strategic internal leases; Deal write-up, margin reserve analysis and to include monthly reconciliation of recourse reserves.

• Support daily order management functions by ensuring orders are credit released; partner with Sales team and program lenders to ensure dealer credit availability for wholesale/floorplan transactions.

• Assist Sales team with lease and floor planning issues/questions/concerns as needed.

• Complete monthly/quarterly reporting on lender leased metrics, lease maturities, recourse deals performance, and other ad hoc program finance reporting as necessary.

• Support the continuous review and evaluation of finance program processes to streamline and automate for efficiency and accuracy improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting discipline.

• Minimum of 4-7 years of finance and lender financing / lease related bank experience preferred.

• Must be detail-oriented, deadline sensitive and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced team environment.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to demonstrate a very high skill level in Excel.

• Experience with Mapics / AS400 and Salesforce a plus.

• Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence business decisions with data driven analysis.

• Ability to host teleconferences and work from home on an as-needed basis in a space that is free of distractions and is home-office ready.

Preferred location: This is a hybrid position with preferred geography in Augusta, GA or Charlotte, NC with willingness to travel to Augusta, GA as needed.
