Summary of Role:Â
We are looking for an Analyst to be a critical member of our Process Optimization group who will join our efforts to support our Finance stakeholders on transformation projects, simplifying and standardizing processes and rebuilding accounting processes that will enable GF to achieve exceptional things. The Analyst is responsible for methodically investigating, analyzing and detailing business processes and functions, identifying specific business benefits that could be gained from new or enhanced IT services and then crafting viable specifications and acceptance criteria for information systems. In this role you will act as a critical link between the business functions providing the business requirements, and the IT team building the solution, and such will collaborate with business leadership, Project Managers, IT teams and external vendors to ensure projects delivery in a cost-effective manner without negatively impacting quality.Â
Essential Responsibilities include:Â

Diagnoses, analyzes, and identifies improvement opportunities in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives, and/or operational planning activitiesÂ

Fully understand the business vision, needs, drivers for change, current struggles, internal and external factors and suggest solutions and alternativesÂ

Formulates and defines process scope and objectives based on both customer needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational, and/or industry requirementsÂ
-
Clearly define project requirements using appropriate documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, etc.)Â

Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses, and/or presentationsÂ
-
Review design documentation with business users and represent the users with the Development TeamÂ
-
Building and maintaining organizational relationshipsÂ
-
Provide testing scenarios to ensure the solution quality is appropriately validatedÂ
-
Coordinate training and launch with functional users/managementÂ
-
Facilitate the prioritization of projects and enhancements with functional leadershipÂ
-
Detail plan and success criteria as well as metrics to measure impact of changes and return on investmentÂ

Continually look for options to address business difficulties AwarenessÂ

Required Qualifications:Â

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountingÂ

Keen attention to detail.Â

Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal).Â

Education – Graduating with a Bachelor’s, Master’s in Information Management, Program Management, Finance or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.Â

Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.Â

Expected Salary Range
$46,100.00 - $82,300.00
