INTRODUCTION:

As a member of the FP&A team, the Financial Analyst will be a part of a nimble, Private Equity backed company, in which team members act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team. Finance plays a critical, highly valued role by providing data-driven insights to operationalize initiatives and execute on financial performance. ABC Fitness Solutions is a leading SaaS and Services provider to the Health and Fitness Industry. ABC Fitness is focusing on SaaS products and complementary billing services and we need strong Financial Analysts to support analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in-office in Dallas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support Finance leaders in the preparation and maintenance of the Go to Market organization's revenue and expense budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial plans that align with business objectives and revenue targets
• Perform forecast and budget variance analysis in conjunction with the broader Finance team
• Support month-end close and help prepare monthly Executive Management reviews
• Manage and maintain the recurring revenue models for our SaaS portfolio.
• Conduct financial analysis in support of our Sales and Marketing groups including bookings performance, pipeline analytics, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value
• Drive disciplined cost management and expense planning processes in concert with functional business leaders. Leverage ROI models to prioritize resources and govern decision making.
• Update and maintain the data for our payments revenue model, assuring timely delivery and accuracy for forecasts and end of month reviews
• Develop deep customer analytics around profitability, wallet share, and pricing.
• Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in improving its competitive position and profitability.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably with revenue support experience. Undergraduate degree required.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a face paced, rapidly changing environment
• Willingness to accept new challenges, and a high level of curiosity and creativity as it relates to new projects, and finding solutions to problems.
• Effective communication and cross functional business partnering. Ability to present to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
• Financial modeling and analysis skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Workday and Adaptive Planning knowledge preferred.
