What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Systems Analyst | Accounting to oversee accounting systems requirements for day-to-day activity. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Systems | Accounting, this position will be responsible for financial systems support to accounting and finance and working on new functionality in partnership with IT. This will include but is not limited to the test and execution of new functionality and support the change management efforts required by the business. Production environment responsibilities, include but not limited to maintaining and monitoring system calendar and general ledger, test of all financial reports created utilizing various reporting software and be a liaison for the accounting team when working with cross-functional partners. Â

- Utilize standard ERP System functionality and exception reporting to incorporate monitoring of new/updated policies and procedures and SOX controls. Â
- Perform Accounting / finance system maintenance.Â
- Working with IT/Accounting team members, provide support on triage, bug fixes, enhancements, end-user support, and application monitoring.Â
- Maintain and update module specific test plans and training documentation, including on-going training and support post-transition to the ERP System.Â
- Support new functionality/automation implementation to support a timelier close timeline.Â
- Maintain and update ERP templates and accumulation of Entity specific data required for a successful/timely entity specific implementation.Â
- Provide regular project status reports on project milestones, tasks, issues, risks.Â
- Assist with ad hoc requests and special projects.Â
Â
What You’ll Bring:Â
- 5 or more years of experience supporting financial / ERP Systems Â
- Prior experience working in accounting or financial services.Â
- Experience using large ERP System required (i.e., D365 F&O, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards)Â
- BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology preferred.Â
- Knowledge of Cannabis Industry and products, preferred.Â
- High attention to detail required.Â
- Takes an analytical and curious approach to business challenges to find solutions.Â
- Experience implementing SOX controls using standard ERP System functionality.Â
- Excellent organizational skills.Â
- Excellent time management/prioritization skills.Â
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision accurately and on time.Â
- Ability to maintain data integrity & confidentiality.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Â
- Microsoft Office Tools: strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Visio preferred.Â
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics software solution preferred.Â

$75,000—$84,000 USD
