A career in our Financial Systems & Data Management Team, focused on our Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CFOs, FP&A leaders, controllers and business leaders to drive value throughout the organization. Our team helps our global finance organization reduce costs and cycle times while providing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern cloud based EPM applications. Creating a well-controlled platform for growth and increased regulatory requirements through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern consolidation, planning & budgeting, profitability & cost management, account reconciliation and data management applications.


KEY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

The roles and responsibilities of the desired candidate are to provide highly complex functional and technical services to our finance & business stakeholders, as well as play a pivotal role in requirements definition, design, implementation and support of our Oracle’s ERP Cloud EPM applications; while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This includes:

  • Strategic Implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, OAC) solutions;
  • Business Rule / Calculation Development;
  • Data Management & Integration, Reconciliation, EPM automate
  • Master Data Management;
  • User Security Configuration and Management; and,
  • Report Development
  • Document system/data requirements, deisign, and processes according to business needs
  • Configure application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules
  • Manage EPM interfacing activities, including testing and data reconciliation
  • Support deployment of Oracle EPM applications and related changes
  • Partner with our consulting firm to implement the Oracle EPM solutions and future state processes
  • Providing expertise and input regarding EPM processes to finance and business stakeholders

  • Financial Master Data Management; and
  • Account Reconciliations

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:

  • Oracle Cloud EPM
  • EPBCS - Enterprise Planning, Budgeting Cloud Services
  • FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services
  • EDMCS - Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services
  • ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Services
  • PCMCS - Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services; and,
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud – Reporting & Dashboards

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, leading technical development of:

  • Oracle EPM configuration
  • Business Rule / Calculation Development
  • Data Integration, Reconciliation, EPM automate, EPM Integration Agent
  • Master Data Management
  • User Security Configuration and Management; and,
  • Report Development

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing business needs: building relationships with stakeholders; communicating with stakeholders in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to management.

Demonstrates knowledge and exposure of the common issues facing finance in the insurance industry.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing stakeholder needs communicating value propositions; managing project requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

Demonstrates strong abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader working with Oracle cloud-based solutions and project management tools.

Demonstrates highly efficient and effective communication through MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, and/or Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience working in senior level Finance and/or technology roles
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience specializing in Oracle EPM cloud based applications
  • Certifications in any of the following Oracle Cloud EPM Solutions: EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, Analytics Cloud, preferred
  • CPA, preferred
  • Preferred experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity
New York City and San Francisco metro areas Pay Ranges:
$15,820—$199,200 USD
California outside of San Francisco metro area, Connecticut, Denver metro area, Washington State and Westchester County, New York Pay Ranges:
$144,900—$182,500 USD

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

Colorado outside of Denver metro, Maryland, Nevada, and Rhode Island Pay Ranges:
$131,800—$166,000 USD
