If you have a passion for making financial systems and processes more efficient the Financial Systems Manager role could be perfect for you. You will be responsible for optimizing financial systems within 1Passwords high-growth environment. You will help to ensure the seamless operation and integration of our financial systems and contribute to the success of our organization and our ability to grow. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact as you join a growing team.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years in a Financial Systems role or related

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience working with Netsuite and other T&E AR and procurement tools etc (e.g. Zip Ramp Kolleno Stripe Anaplan Workato APIs) and knowledge of other business tools like Salesforce UKG or other similar systems and tools

• Demonstrated experience with handling large data sets and helping teams derive meaningful data.

• Proven ability to present complex data and insights in a clear understandable and compelling manner to  various stakeholders.

• Knowledge of testing and change management methodologies.

• Proficiency in utilizing a programming language to streamline and automate tasks

• Track record of delivering high quality and effective solutions

• Familiarity with financial software applications and their functionalities

• Understanding of accounting processes and financial industry regulations and compliance e.g. Sarbanes Oxley

What you can expect:

• System Troubleshooting : Investigating and resolving issues related to financial software providing timely support to end-users and escalating issues as needed. Collaborating with the Finance Operations & IT teams to ensure quick and effective problem resolution.

• Documentation : Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations integration points and acceptance testing processes. Creating user guides and training materials to enhance the understanding of financial software systems.

• Testing & Change Management : Developing and executing change management and testing plans and processes for financial systems and integrations. Guiding users through acceptance change management and testing processes.

• Collaboration and Communication : Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and address concerns.

• Financial Software Analysis : Analyzing financial software applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document system requirements related to financial processes. Investigating solution options and making recommendations for new tools and improvements.

• Integration Management : Integration of financial systems with various third-party applications and internal databases: Working closely with the finance team revenue operations and finance operations team to identify and resolve integration issues ensuring data consistency and system interoperability.

USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $126000 USD and $170000 USD plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health dental 401k and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $110000 CAD and $148000 CAD plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health dental RRSP and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.
