Responsibilities: • Perform finish carpentry tasks including trim work, curves and radius, cabinetry, and detailed custom woodwork • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans • Ensure accuracy in measurements and cuts • Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure timely project completion • Uphold safety and quality standards throughout each project Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finish carpentry • Strong attention to detail and precision • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction Why Join Us?
