Foreign-Trained Physician, Foreign Nurse, or Retired RN=For Patient Care Coordinator position

Job Overview We are seeking abilingual (Spanish-English)professional with astrong clinical background and technical abilityto join our leadership team as aPatient Care Coordinator. This position is perfect for: • Foreign-trainedphysicians or nurses(non-licensed in the U.S.) • RetiredRNs or NPslooking for a non-physical, desk-based role • Individuals who arequick learners, systems-oriented, and want to work closely with physicians • You will be traineddirectly by Dr. Mejiaand will play akey role in managing our result tracking, quality measures, provider coordination, andinsurance compliance. Responsibilities • Review and manageabnormal lab results, radiology, mammograms, DEXAs, and referrals. • Alert leadership if there isprovider or staff non-compliancewith documentation or follow-ups • Coordinate withfax server triage, call center, referral vendors, and internal teams. • Ensureclaims are submittedfor all value-based measures and documented results. • Manageprescription refill workflows, including documentation, review periods, and safety protocols. • Overseepeer-to-peer (P2P)processes andspecialist result reconciliation. • Ensure patients with abnormal resultsreturn for follow-up(tracking via lab reconciliation queues and EMR) • Maintaindirect communication with clinical staff, MAs, and leadership Skills: • Must type efficiently (40+ WPM) • The selected candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. This position requires intensive training directly with the medical director, and only individuals who can handle high expectations, receive direct feedback well, and are committed to long-term professional development should apply. • Strong EMR navigation skills – ECW experience is a plus • Must betechnologically savvy, comfortable withAI-integrated tools, portals, and digital workflows. • Must becomfortable with Excel, Google Drive, online forms, and result tracking logs. • Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred • The selected candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.
