Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Front End Designer with a strong background in UI/UX to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing user interfaces and a solid proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS. In addition to your design expertise, a secondary skill set in front end development, particularly in React, is highly desirable. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Prototyping:
• Utilize Figma to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and enhance user experience across all platforms.
• Translate complex concepts and user needs into intuitive and engaging design solutions.
• Front End Development:
• Convert your designs into responsive, high-quality HTML and CSS code.
• Work closely with front end developers to ensure that your designs are accurately implemented and function seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
• Present and discuss your design portfolio, showcasing your proficiency in Figma and your ability to implement designs with HTML/CSS.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design capabilities and front end development skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma for creating and managing design files, prototypes, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 with practical experience in coding and implementing designs.
• Creative Background: A background in a design-related field such as graphic design or visual arts is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, creative work.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
