Fulfills orders and manages client Service Level Agreements ("SLA"). Picks and packs lower quantity items to assemble printed materials into a final product. Looks for opportunities to improve quality to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, working closely with Print, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Shipping.
-Performs operational, craft or manual tasks
-Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience
-Performs tasks according to established procedures

-Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience
-Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Functional Knowledge:
-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Business Expertise:
-Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others
Leadership:
-Has no supervisory responsibilities
Problem Solving:
-Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options
Impact:
-Impacts the quality of own work
Interpersonal Skills:
-Uses communication skills to exchange of information

Compensation Range: The pay for this position is $17.50 hourly. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
