Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for the full cycle of the ELA contracts execution for US Federal which includes interlocking with stakeholders ELA Chain and IBM units such as Sales teams SW Client Leaders peer ECMs Order Mgmt focals and accounts receivable. This role also requires solid background in Software business encompassed by ELAs mainly DSW and ESW but also appliances and SaaS when applicable.

Consistently demonstrate excellent analytical problem solving negotiations and consulting skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Preferred experience in the Software End to End process including order management billing and invoicing revenue recognition and entitlement mgmt.
Understanding A/R and cashflow priorities and ability to provide guidance to A/R teams relative to billing cash application and dispute resolution.
