Full Stack Java Developer - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:
Overview:
Experienced User Interface applications architects and developers. Proven experience with JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, modern JS frameworks, JavaScript/HTML5 and UI design.
The objective of the program is to provide reporting to our GIS Controls Dashboard project, ultimately this effort would drive Operational Excellence
Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in JAVA / J2EE
• Java/J2EE, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Object-Oriented Programming, Spring MVC Framework, Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS, ExtJS, Angular, JSF, JSP
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with development tools like SoapUI and Eclipse
• Experience with XML/JSON, JMS, jQuery and SQL
• Application of IT Governance policies, Portfolio road mapping, Release management, Metrics creation

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Application Server integration; JBoss 5 or later
• Knowledge of Apache Web Server
• 2+ years working Knowledge of Linux environments
• 2+ years working Knowledge of Source Control Management (SCM), Rapid Development cycles and automated deployment services like Maven, uDeploy, GIT, SVN, etc
• Database Skills with working knowledge of Structured Query Language (e.g. SQL/NoSQL commands and queries).
• 2+ years working with Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL and SQL Developer Tools such as Toad
• Experience connecting to and using Enterprise Databases and Middleware
