About the Position
Tresta is looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Engineering team to help us add new features and support our customer base. In this role, you'll report to the VP of Software Engineering and will work on a small team comprised of a Lead, two other Full Stack Engineers, and a Software Tester. In addition, you'll work closely with our Project Manager and UI/UX Designer, as well as the other Engineering team in the department. We believe in pursuing things as a team, but to succeed as part of the team, you'll need to be a strong individual contributor; you should feel comfortable picking up any story in the backlog, whether it's complex or simple, purely backend or purely frontend. Mostly you'll be working to build new features in our web and mobile apps, but some of your time will also be devoted to researching customer support tickets and fixing bugs.
Important: if you have only worked at very large companies, or at companies that haven't put a strong emphasis on UX, you probably won't be a good fit for this role and are encouraged not to apply.

- Pursue your engineering and problem solving skillsets with a spirit of continuous learning
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
- Work well remotely (Tresta is a fully remote company)
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with .NET Core, C#, Node.js, React Native, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency with relational databases (including experience designing new tables and writing and tuning stored procedures)
- Experience with AWS is a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Profit sharing program
- 401K + match
- Great health, dental and vision plans
