Position Summary

We are seeking a Family Physician (Korean or Spanish preferred) to join our growing team full-time. The Family Physician will provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. This role includes leadership, clinical mentorship, and a strong opportunity to shape the care model of an expanding health center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including mental health, acupuncture, and pediatric specialists.
• Provide care through both in-person and occasional telehealth visits.
• Supervise and mentor nurse practitioners and support staff.
• Uphold 3C’s mission and values in delivering care with cultural and spiritual sensitivity.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• DEA certification and current CPR/BLS.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual (Korean or Spanish preferred).
• Commitment to serving medically underserved and immigrant communities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $240,000 – $255,000 annually (based on experience, panel size, and performance benchmarks).
