Fusion Applications Functional Consultant

Job Description:

• Languages: English (Mandatory)
• Additional skills/experiences required: Past experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud application implementation projects
• Functional and Technical knowledge on Oracle Fusion Cloud Application solutions.
• Oracle legacy application transformation to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications within the following realms is preferred:
  • ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM from Peoplesoft, eBusiness Suite, JDE, Hyperion and other non-Oracle legacy systems are also considered
• Proven industry Knowledge on one or more of the following: Communications, Financial Services, Retail, Construction and Engineering, Food and Beverage, Health/Life Sciences, Utilities, HealthCare, Hospitality, Industrial Manufacturing, Education and Research, Automotive, Consumer Goods, High Technology, Media and Entertainment, Oil and Gas
• Knowledge on key Finance/Accounting (ERP), and EPM related (planning/budgeting) business processes and practices are preferred along with core Supply Chain Management knowledge. 

Essential Job Functions:
• Lead and mentor a team of Oracle consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective Oracle solutions that address clients' technology challenges.
• Contribute to identifying new Oracle business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division.
• Assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division, adhering to budgets, and ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience implementing and supporting Oracle applications
• Proven experience: Strong experience providing Oracle applications consulting with a record of successful projects
• Proficiencies: Solid understanding of Oracle consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with Oracle technology and industry trends
 

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
