Practice Model: 

• Specialty Equipment:  Bravo pH Esophageal manometry, small bowel capsule endoscopy, in-office infusions
• EHR:  gGastro, Provation endoscopy
• Guaranteed base salary with productivity bonus for first 2 years
• 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy-in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant
• Shared Call with group
• Good blend of clinic and hospital
