Monument Health Rapid City Hospital (a 417-bed regional tertiary care, Level 2 Trauma Center) has a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite with experienced staff.

Base salary of $800K for 182 shifts. Contracts for a smaller number of shifts will be considered. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of up to $180K. Other benefits include paid relocation and moving allowance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and a full benefits package.

APP support provided 7 days a week. You will be joining two other inpatient GI physicians. This is a consulting service, with all admissions done by hospitalist and intensivist services.

Hepatology/transplant support provided by visiting subspecialists twice a month, and we have a full-time experienced hepatology APP. Our GI group includes two fellowship-trained advanced GI specialists, but with this position, ERCP/EUS work on the inpatient service can be done by fully-qualified physicians who wish to do so, and additional compensation will be provided. Epic EMR and the latest Provation for endoscopy documentation. Experienced general surgery group with 24/7 in-house trauma/ACS service. Colorectal fellowship trained surgeon joining our team fall 2025. Pathology group includes two GI pathology fellowship-trained specialists. Equity in joint venture endoscopy center is planned to be available by 2027.
