• Single location, around 6,000 sq-ft, recently remodeled
• 2 board certified dermatologists and 3 physician assistants
• Strong referral relationships and community ties
• Excellent support staff (2 MAs per provider)
• ModMed EHR (EMA)
• 2-4 day work week

• Has strong general medical and surgical dermatology knowledge (open to physician wanting to incorporate more cosmetics into the practice)
• Is a caring, honest, team oriented hard worker
• Goes the extra mile for patients

• Two to four day work week
• Immediate eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance, if working 3 or more days per week. Practice will pay the premium cost of health and dental insurance for the Physician and his/her immediate family.
• Eligibility to participate in the 401(k) plan with up to 4% match and immediate vesting.
• Practice will pay Physician’s professional liability insurance premiums.
• Practice will pay Physician’s worker’s compensation insurance premiums.
• CME allowance
• Practice will pay dues/fees for Physician’s membership in the Colorado Medical Society, American Academy of Dermatology, Colorado medical licensure, DEA registration, and hospital staff privilege fees.

• 4 weeks of paid leaver per year
• The Practice recognizes and is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
