A highly regarded multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a Glaucoma Specialist to join their growing practice. Work with a highly skilled group providing comprehensive eye care with tremendous clinical and surgical support. This partnership track position offers industry leading compensations and provides a great work/life balance.

Position Highlights:
•  Join 8 Ophthalmologists and 11 Optometrists providing comprehensive eye care to the region.
•  Primary location is adjacent to practice owned surgical center with a staff that is specializes in ophthalmic surgery.
•  Physician owned surgical center is located adjacent to the facility.
•  Enjoy a friendly staff of technicians who are well trained, efficient and highly skilled to perform all work ups, assist providers, and work the EMR system.
•  Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.

Compensation Details:
•  Year 1 and 2 guaranteed base salary plus lucrative production bonus
•  Transparent partnership track after year 2 with total earnings to $1 million.
•  6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
•  Additional opportunity to buy-in to affiliated, physician owned, surgical center.
