This multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a Glaucoma Specialist to join their partnership track. Tremendous clinical and surgical support that allows you to practice at the top of your license. Compensation is above 90th percentile with great work/life balance.

The opportunity:
•  Enjoy a friendly staff of technicians who are well trained, efficient and highly skilled to perform all work ups, assist providers, and work the EMR system.
•  Join a busy practice with extensive pathology and high surgical volume right from the start.
•  Affiliated physician owned surgical center is adjacent to the main facility.
•  Full-service eye care is provided by 8 Ophthalmologists, 11 Optometrist, and full optical services.
•  Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.

Compensation Details:
•  Year 1 and 2 guaranteed base plus lucrative production bonus then partnership track with earnings to $1 million.
•  6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
•  Additional opportunity to buy into busy surgical center.
