The Opportunity:

• Origin & destination cost optimization & analysis for global customers including extraordinary costs review and approvals (e.g. storage, AMS, Product / BSA outcomes)

• Global Operations support & CW1 monitoring of job file management focused on cost and accruals across the supply chain to drive end to end profit

• Resolve queries & disputes with branches and countries/regions

• Profit Share calculation & invoicing globally for global customers

• Quality communications with GF branches globally, and senior management, initiating own efforts to quickly overcome problems to meet urgent requirements, deadlines, and special requests.

• Responsible for planning own workload and work within a high functioning team to coordinate with internal/external parties and to provide support to External Global Billing Coordinator to assist with invoices in peak periods and when required.

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

• Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent

• Need to have experience in international freight forwarding and/or invoicing or costing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous and able to work under tight deadline

• Advanced proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and CW1 (preferred)

• Read, write and speak English fluently
