The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct fact-checking and verify the correctness of all data points included in reports
  • Authenticate the validity of all references and citations used in reports and ensure that all references are credible and correctly cited
  • Verify the accuracy of all citations in the reports and ensure that citations conform to the required formats and standards
  • Collaborate with report authors and contributors to address any discrepancies or errors
  • Maintain a systematic approach to documentation and tracking of fact-checking processes
  • Ensure that all report data, references, and citations comply with documentation standards
  • Work closely with the Cross-Functional Team Lead and other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in report issuance activities
  • Provide expertise and support in the development and improvement of report issuance standard processes

About you

  • Experience: >3 years professional experience in report issuance (stability management, environmental monitoring or equipment qualification)
  • Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
  • Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat, LIMS), Word, Excel, Power Point Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Languages: Excellent English communication and writing, French or other Languages in addition preferred
