The opportunity

As part of the Digital and Service Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers service factories, focused on digital transformation in manufacturing and processes.

You will work with our transformer service factories/units worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digitalization and process analysis programs and projects.

You will share your knowledge by delivering global trainings.

How you'll make an impact

  • Act as the global manufacturing and process digitalization lead for digital and service. This includes definition, training and implementation of digitalization processes, tools and equipment for the entire service business.
  • Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our digital and service factories/units through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics.
  • Provide expert support to our service factories and units for implementation, training, and process improvement activities.
  • Conduct service factory and units assessments and drive implementation of appropriate digitalization processes, equipment and analysis tools.
  • Develop standard requirements for digital processes, manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • Develop and update documentations training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the service transformer units.
  • Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and to introduce new systems in a systematic manner.
  • Understand and translate the business requirements into harmonized processes

Your background

  • University degree, preferably in Electrical or Management Engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing digitalization (>5 years). Skills in areas such as manufacturing and process digitalization, automation and process analysis.
  • Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes.
  • Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education.
  • International experience, working with different countries and cultures.
  • Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills.
