Main Responsbilities:

  • Manage orders through digital platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Webshop) from submission to invoicing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, overseeing the entire order process.
  • Support PO and invoicing setup during order creation.
  • Ensure timely invoice submission and compliance with local regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in digital order fulfillment.
  • Administer e-catalogs for customers, managing updates in SAP.
  • Address customer complaints and track resolutions using Salesforce.
  • Analyze and resolve recurring issues to improve processes.
  • Resolve failed or rejected transactions.
  • Support system upgrades, platform integration, and process improvements.
  • Oversee e-invoicing, including uploading data to portals and resolving issues.
  • Identify and implement improvements in EDI and automation.
  • Participate in process enhancement and new solution implementation.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience with eCommerce and digital buying platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).
  • Strong computer and software skills.
  • English proficiency (at least B2 level).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payment processing, fraud detection, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with payment gateways, financial software, and digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with programming, databases, and APIs for troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of global payment regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Ability to analyze transaction data and detect issues.
  • Strong communication skills for team and customer collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills in transaction processing and security.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
  • Experience in a transactional data-driven environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP and cloud e-invoicing portals is beneficial.
  • Openness to learning and implementing new solutions.
