As an HRIS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our HR systems which include BambooHR, Greenhouse and Workday Peakon. You will support and partner with the HR team globally, ensuring that our HR data is accurate, reporting is effective, and user experiences are seamless. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a passion for improving HR systems. 

About the Global HRIS Coordinator role:

The Global HRIS Coordinator will provide essential technical support and troubleshooting for our HRIS, manage system permissions and access, and implement system enhancements. You will work closely with the HR and IT teams to ensure that our HRIS meets the needs of our global workforce.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing support in managing the overall HR system data including HR data updates/corrections.
  • Responsible for auditing new hire data and changes entered in the HR system by the local People team.
  • Troubleshoot system/data errors and provide assistance in resolving.
  • Creating user accounts and managing access
  • Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
  • Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries.
  • Responsible for reviewing/updating all HR System related documentation such as user guides, required fields doc, import templates, etc. 
  • Partner with the local People team and provide HRIS support as needed.
  • Responsible for all HRIS/ATS support tickets via Jira 
  • Process improvements in HR systems - BambooHR(HRIS) and Greenhouse(ATS)
  • Assuring process flows such as onboarding/offboarding are working properly
  • Support with integrations  (internal systems)
  • Assistance with import file creation 
  • Support newly acquired agencies with onboarding to our HR system ( import template completion)

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication in English: an upper intermediate level is required as a minimum for this role.
  • You are located near one our Buenos Aires offices (Villa Crespo) and are open to working on-site a few days a week.
  • A minimum of 1-3  years experience as an HRIS/ATS administrator/coordinator, ideally having worked in a Global business, supporting users across multiple locations. 
  • Experience implementing and enhancing ATS (Greenhouse)
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, information system or similar is desired.
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to run formulas in both
  • Experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes.
  • Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, such as BambooHR and Greenhouse
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate, provide technical support to users
  • Ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
