The Global Logistics Process Leader is responsible for developing and maintaining standard processes for Logistics and Distribution Centers Globally, providing fundamental tools for the operations teams to fulfill customer orders effectively and on-time.

This position reports to the Global Logistics & WHS Processes Manager and is part of the Global Supply Chain Operations team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role. This position will support global operations but will also serve as an immediate focal point for the regional operations as well.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain a standard warehouse and logistics operations processes for Distribution centers logistics teams to enable managing multi regional shipments.
• Identify gaps and drive process optimization for delivery warehouse & logistics processes with the support of systems, tools, BI and Lean methodology.
• Focus on customer requested delivery times by continuously improving related global on time delivery processes. This includes close collaboration with manufacturing sites, distribution centers and fulfilment teams.
• Drive system improvements and initiatives towards automated bookings and effective Transportation Management System.
• Lead the implementation of the BI roadmap for fulfilment and drive operational adoption of BI tools and dashboards, aiming to develop exception management and proactive process management.

Who you are:

• Undergraduate degree/bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in operational environment of Logistics, Distribution/ Warehousing.
• Ability to train, energize & coach teams, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization.
• Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments.
• Effective problem solving, root cause analytical skills and project leadership skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross functionally and globally).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel globally up to 15-20% of the time with most travels expected to be within geographical region. Individual travel durations are likely to be for one week.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Distribution/Logistics management roles.
• Leading Lean/process improvement activities.
