Job Title: Global Marketing Operations Coordinator, UGG

Reports to: Manager, UGG Marketing Operations

Location: Goleta, CA

The Role

The Global Marketing Operations Coordinator, UGG is highly organized, and is a good communicator with a keen ability to triage competing responsibilities. The Global Marketing Operations Coordinator, UGG will support the Global Marketing Team (including the in-house Creative Team, Production Team, Product Marketing Teams, and Retail Brand Expression Team), by acting as a first point of contact for asset management of samples and images. A strong candidate for this role is detail-obsessed, passionate about productivity, and a great team player.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

Sample Management:

  • Evaluating unique circumstances and making recommendations to effectively manage marketing sample collection.
  • Keeping track of current inventory of samples/product and changes to the sample using Product Watch emails.
  • Proactively alerting team of sample roadblocks that could impact photo shoots and deadlines.
  • Scheduling and Facilitating of Lifestyle Sample Review Meetings to ensure retouch notes are accurately captured and inaccurate samples are identified each season.
  • Placing Sample Buys for the Global Marketing Team's seasonal sample needs.
  • Photography - managing sample coordination for all marketing team photo shoots (internal studio shoots as well as external on location shoots) and influencer seeding opportunities.
  • Coordinating samples for all seasonal footwear profile shoots
  • Coordinating samples for all ad hoc shoots (late adds, SMUs, beauty shots)

Image management:

  • Uploading final images to Bynder DAM and shares images as needed with cross-functional teams.
  • Fulfilling image request from the regional teams.
  • Updating Marketing Team of status of images.

Project Coordination:

  • Assisting with creating and updating projects in Workfront and track progress from start to finish.
  • Understanding and communicating timelines and key deadlines for Ecomm Shoots and Small Stories to stakeholders.

Shot Lists:

  • Creating shot lists in PowerPoint for Campaign, Small Stories, and Ecomm to Production Standards.
  • Scheduling and Facilitating Shot List Review Meetings.

Administrative:

  • Supporting VP with Calendaring and Expense Reports.
  • Assisting to fulfill orders from other brands/departments upon request through DOE .
  • Coordinating Team Lunches and Events as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

$28 - $31 hourly

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
