The Opportunity:

• Global Operations Support: Oversee CW1 monitoring and job file management across the supply chain to maximize profitability from start to finish.
• Performance Tracking: Track KPIs, analyze reason codes, ensure compliance, and measure the timeliness of Proof of Delivery (POD) and other key milestones.
• Issue Resolution: Handle queries and disputes with branches and countries/regions effectively.
• Effective Communication: Maintain high-quality communication with global GF branches and senior management, proactively addressing issues to meet urgent needs, deadlines, and special requests.
• Workload Planning: Manage your workload and collaborate with a high-performing team, coordinating with internal and external parties.
• Billing Support: Provide support to the External Global Billing Coordinator, especially with invoices during peak periods or as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• At least a diploma in a related field or equivalent.
• Must have experience in international freight forwarding and/or invoicing or costing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CW1 (preferred).
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
