Global Packaging Compliance Sr. Analyst

This role focuses on the understanding and ability to influence and execute the development and implementation of packaging rules and regulations in all countries where Funko brands bring happiness to our fans. Key role in managing risk to the business and avoid penalties.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the global packaging compliance efforts to meet regulatory enactments dates
• Monitor the global environment for packaging related regulatory topics
• Provide regional teams with timely assessment impact of proposed packaging related to
  regulations and gap analysis of Funko brand’s current packaging.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to advise on labeling content and format
• Build, optimize and maintain a global packaging network, internal/external training guides, and 3rd party services laboratories.
• Ensure cascading of regulatory packaging changes to other areas of Product Integrity
• Assist Director in the creation and implementation of documentation and proces

What You’ll Bring
• Expert knowledge of the product development cycle (overall organization, processes, and
workflows)
• Experience with consumer goods global packaging, children toy products preferred
• Experience working with global teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility and the ability to create and nurture partnerships with internal and external
resources
• Proven ability to influence and lead other teams to meet dates key to the business
• Excellent project management skills
• Desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process, product quality and
reliability
• 7+ years of experience with a national retailer, global retail experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
