Global Partner Lead - Data & AI

The Global Partner Lead is instrumental to the success of Avanade's growth strategy. In this highly visible and strategic role, you will act as Avanade's point person for ensuring a healthy and productive relationship with our top Data & AI Partners.

Avanade is focused on identifying, developing, managing, and maintaining strategic partnerships within each of its Solution Areas. Demonstrating an innovative and results-oriented approach, you will be Avanade's point person for ensuring a healthy and productive relationship with our strategic Data & AI partners.

The Global Partner Lead will be responsible for managing the strategic relationship with Partners to drive partner-influenced services sales and revenue significantly, mindshare with both the partner and Avanade, and drive market share for Avanade in with this partner. In addition to establishing significant and productive relationships within the partner organization, you lead executive cross-functional activities to assist in developing, marketing, and selling differentiated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, execute and manage a communications program linking role-based counterparts across the Partner and Avanade to enable an effective relationship essential to a healthy and successful Alliance.

* Lead definition of GTM origination and co-selling strategies that outline the activities, stakeholders and responsibilities needed to Avanade services and Partner license sales goals.

* Develop, communicate, and manage a joint business plan that reflects sales plays, partner marketing programs, short and long-term revenue goals, solution development strategies, geographic, operational expectations and resource commitments.

* Manage and build relationships with the Partner executives, alliance, marketing and sales teams to evangelize GTM and drive sales engagement

* Regularly track and report pipeline health to measure sales momentum, identify issues and take informed corrective actions

* Support joint sales activities through active engagement, communications, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

* Manage escalation resolution for regional sales, offering and ecosystem teams.

* Lead the execution of Area Joint Partner Ecosystem Plan, overseeing execution plans, programs & achievement of metrics.

* Orchestrate Area governance & cadence to drive predictable interlock, align on key accounts and industry strategies.

* Ensure that the GTM Program with Partner is comprehensive and supported by well-defined Sales Plays, Marketing Programs and Solutions portfolio that aligns with Avanade's market, industry and offering priorities.

* Support joint area account planning sessions to influence, and advocate for ecosystem solutions to create more client value or accelerate opportunities

* Execute and maintain a coordinated Partner sales enablement plan to drive solutions awareness and achieve sales, marketing and delivery readiness.

* Limited travel, as required by the business.

Qualifications

You are a leader with demonstrated success in developing and growing long-term, high-value partner relationships that benefit both parties. You have experience with technologies within the data space. You possess a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset as someone who instinctively knows what needs to be done and rallies colleagues to drive and realize results. You are adept at communications, especially with influencing and problem resolution with partners and clients.

* Executive presence to work comfortably and credibly in the highest levels of our organization as well as with direct connection to Accenture and partner organizations globally.

* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team who seeks and acts on input from others.

* Positive, transparent, and engaging personality with a natural skill for developing professional relationships.

* Proven track record of building and developing alliance partner relationships and strong business network and reputation within the data technology space.

* Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.

* Prior experience building relationships and navigating within a large, complex, matrixed organization.

* You possess solid business acumen and have experience establishing and building partner relationships.
