About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring Global Product Group Leader - Power Consulting to provide strategic direction, leadership, and coordination across our consulting units globally. This role will oversee a global team of people operating in multiple countries and ensure alignment with our standards of safety, integrity, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction, operational guidance, and oversight of consulting functions globally, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Build senior-level relationships with key clients, develop innovative solutions, and lead sales activities to secure major consulting assignments.
• Contract Oversight: Manage and monitor contracts across business unit, addressing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term plans, aligning resources and competencies to drive business growth.
• Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to enhance business performance.
• Knowledge Sharing: Foster best practices and maintain relationships with external organizations to enhance expertise and reputation.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct reviews to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements.
• People Leadership: Build and motivate a skilled team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
• Financial Management: Develop and oversee financial plans and budgets, contributing to the overall financial health of the business unit.
