Job Description

This role will support further integration of compliance activities and awareness in the process activities that guide our standard work as well as ensuring we enhance, develop or change our processes as appropriate to be as compliant, lean and productive as Aptiv, our customers, our investors and our communities expect them to be.

Your Role

The role covers all Supply Chain process and compliance aspects pertaining to:

  • Regulatory requirements e.g. Data privacy, Labour laws, Country laws, FCPA, C-TPAT, Government requirements (e.g. SAM)
  • Customer requirements (e.g. IATF, TISAX, ISO)
  • APTIV requirements (e.g. DOA, EOS, IAS)
  • SCM internal compliance e.g. Sourcing policies & procedures, SCM DOA, Contract Standard Terms
  • Ethical Procurement Compliance (Ethical sourcing, ACB, Slave Labour, conflict minerals, Supplier diversity)
  • Other: Reputational, Cybersecurity, Sustainability obligations

Key accountabilities:

  • Ensure EOS content is revised / refreshed according to EOS timeframes with alignment on process ownership
  • Collaborate with process owners to ensure lean, efficient and meaningful compliance activities are integrated into documented SCM process
  • Support self audit activity to ensure effective lean processes are in place
  • Develop and deliver training material as appropriate with support from process owners and EOS team

Your Background

  • Third Level Degree in Business or related discipline desired
  • Minimum 5 years of Supply-Chain/process experience
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with various direct and dotted line reporting structures above and below
  • 3+ Years Experience working in a multi-national environment, dealing with Global Stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
