Job Description
The Opportunity:
As a Global Talent Data Specialist, your mission is to leverage advanced data analytics techniques and tools to extract actionable insights and enhance decision-making throughout our organization. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, applying statistical modelling and data visualization skills to ensure data quality and enable informed decisions within the Talent & Rewards (Talent Acquisition, Capacity & Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Rewards) function.

- Gather and transform organizational raw data into actionable insights.

- Design and coordinate the deployment of analytical tools, metrics, and reports to inform business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Talent data and implement Data Governance Practices.
Functional Expertise:
- Understand Talent related processes while providing expertise in People Analytics methodologies.
- Act as the Capacity & Workforce Planning subject matter expert (Subject Matter Expert) and Technical Admin for dedicated tools.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with Center of Expertise Functional Leaders and Business Unit single point of contact.
- Pivot the coordination with HR Ops and IT, when applicable.
- Translate data findings into meaningful recommendations.
Technical Proficiency: You will work with Excel, Power BI, Power Query and SQL. Data manipulation, dashboards and visualizations development and ETLs will be part of your daily basis.
Proactive and Innovative Approach:
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance Talent related processes.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in People Analytics or HR Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with curiosity and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent Skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query and MS Office.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge about SQL, Machine Learning, Talent, Learning and Rewards Functions as well as statistical analysis and predictive modelling is a nice to have.
