About the Role:
As a Global Technical Operations Analyst (m/f/d), you’ll be at the forefront of our Security Operations worldwide. You will play a key role in ensuring our global sensor networks, data collection, and processing systems operate flawlessly. Additionally, you will collaborate with our R&D department to resolve internal product issues.
Your responsibilities as a Global Technical Operations Analyst (m/f/d) include providing expert, professional, and competent analysis and troubleshooting of our globally deployed components.Â
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues related to:
- Network Detection and Response componentsÂ
- IT security solutions for endpointsÂ
- Cloud integrationsÂ
- Risk scannerÂ
In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams.
Additionally, you will assist in designing and implementing our security solutions for clients and support various teams with all questions related to the backend of the Arctic Wolf Security solution.
Further tasks include:Â
- Triaging customer inquiries, applying playbook-based solutions, and documenting any new issues identified during troubleshooting and resolutionÂ
- Strong communication and interaction skills, with the ability to engage effectively with many people and personalities. Efficient resolution of customer-identified issues is crucial for success in this roleÂ
- An understanding of Arctic Wolf’s processes and systems is essential for assisting customers with support inquiriesÂ
Required Skills and Experience:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline OR IT specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the IT industryÂ
- Solid foundational knowledge of networkingÂ
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as Active DirectoryÂ
- C1-level proficiency in either German or English
Ideally skills:Â
- CCNA, Network+ or equivalent certificationsÂ
- Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, and VLANsÂ
- Experience working in a Network Operations CenterÂ
- Basic skills in PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languagesÂ
Additional Competencies and Experience:Â
- Knowledge in network routing and switchingÂ
- Experience in virtual environments such as VMware or Hyper-VÂ
- Experience with firewalls and IDS/IPSÂ
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systemsÂ
- Windows and Active Directory expertiseÂ
- Network and security auditsÂ
- Cloud technologies such as AWS, AzureÂ
- MCSE or Active Directory MCP certification is a plusÂ
- Implementation tools like GPO, SCCM, Intune, or JamfÂ
- Security+ certificationÂ
