Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market Strategy, Management Consulting, Program Management, or related field.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in management, technical, or an engineering field.
- Experience in Cloud technologies in Sales, Go-To-Market, or Product Management.
- Experience with leadership in change management.
- Experience synthesizing information into policy documentation and presenting the information to an audience.
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership.

The Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Google Cloud sales organization in developing go-to-market strategies, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
In this role, you will focus on aligning the company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. You will lead strategy and execution for large/cross-functional Go-To-Market initiatives, particularly focused on Policy design and development. You will own the design, implementation and governance of key Go-To-Market policies and work in collaboration with other stakeholders across the organization (e.g., Sales, Compensation, Operations, Legal, Product).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Serve as the Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) Policy lead.
- Own policy design and roll-out (e.g., sales terms and conditions, Credit Governance Policy, Marketplace Policies, etc.).
- Develop new policies based on updated GTM strategy and guidance from leadership and manage projects of policy updates.
- Maintain and refine existing policies, such as quarterly updates to policy guidance as needed.
- Manage GTM projects based on business needs.
