Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in business strategy, go-to-market strategy, market insights, market intelligence, or management consultancy.
- Experience in the B2B public cloud industry or consumption-based business models.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience in synthesizing information from multiple quantitative data sources and obtain simplified insights that are actionable.
- Experience with executive stakeholder communications and driving large cross-functional working groups through complex projects.
- Experience in vendor and contract management, including negotiations and outsourced scope and SLA management.
- Ability to convey insights in a compelling manner to executive audiences, both verbally and various written formats, including visual storytelling for data-driven insights.

As Strategic Insights Lead, you will have a high-visibility role in guiding and supporting strategic decision making. You will build relationships of mutual trust and lend your thought leadership to executives in service of scaling and growing the Google Cloud business.
In this role, you will be driving an understanding of market dynamics, analyzing underlying potential causes while identifying opportunities to do so efficiently through next generation tooling.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the global win/loss program from definition to execution, fostering cross-regional collaboration and building a guiding executive coalition.
- Design and roll out a customer interview-driven ongoing programmatic win/loss effort for prioritized topics, orchestrating across teams in Strategy and Operations.
- Deliver regular factset reports on external market dynamics for various business cadences and executive forums to serve as foundational insights for decision making.
- Own the operational delivery structure that enables insights creation for win/loss program (including vendor support model).
- Build community and avenues of communication to share learnings from the win/loss program and actionable insights with field sales audiences.
