Governance Compliance Manager - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:
Position Summary
The individual will identify and establish routines that create awareness, adherence and robust execution of task and efforts regarding risks and remediation across the Core Hosting management team ensuring risk/issue identification is a part of the culture.

• Represents Core Hosting participating in risk issue development and audits to help ensure appropriateness of scope, decisioning of issue type, action step items and deliverables.
• Provide oversight to ensure proper responsible owners are assigned and engaged and delivery timelines are met.
• Participate in compliance testing results analysis, targeted risk assessment responses, ensures any necessary action(s) on results are delivered. Monitor LRM / JDI actions completed. Ensure requests from 3 rd party exams/assessment are actioned.
• Participate in Problem Root Cause analysis reviews involving Core Hosting to ensure appropriate designation of financial impacts
• Partner with Core Hosting AIT owners and management to ensure plans are in place and provide assistance to remediate NPT, address vulnerabilities, address baseline drifts, complete RISE deliverable on time. Assist with exception (ERP) creation where required. Identify funding requirements/opportunities to remediate if applicable.
• Identify automation and enhanced process opportunities to reduce risk in the global environment, engage with engineering and partner teams to deliver.
• In support of Standards and Policies work with internal and process teams to ensure formal Process documentation is developed and/or enhanced, and associated controls and metrics are in place to measure and ensure sustainability.
• Regularly interacts with senior management, technology and business partners to set priorities and gain support for technology objectives.
• Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work across multiple teams and hierarchies, as well as, manage challenging, competing priorities.

• Be leader and role model with experience working in and influencing diverse teams.
• 10 + years experience in matrix managing technical teams within a large organization.

• Ability to identify the need and direct resources to provide process documentation and define controls, shooting across a large enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of financials
• 10 years experience of the engineering and operations functions within a technology infrastructure organization
• Previous experience managing and responding to Audit and Compliance directives
• Financial Services industry experience helpful
• 10+ years of of Internal and External (government regulated) Security, Risk, Compliance, Standards and Policies
• Solid experience and understanding of cloud offerings, virtualization, operating systems, storage, network and infrastructure desired
• Ability to continue to learn new industry trends and apply them into the enterprise
• Ability to integrate mature legacy processes and systems into new and emerging technologies
