Graphic Designer - #000 Corporate

TheGraphic Designerwill work individually on projects as well as in a team environment alongside our Art Director, Creative Director, and other cross-functional teams. This role calls for a well-rounded designer who’s just as comfortable crafting digital and web collateral as they bring product and packaging ideas to life. Every day is a little different, and the ideal candidate is someone who can dabble in a little bit of everything and mesh well in our fun, free-flowing, and fast-paced environment! Responsibilities: • Design web collateral: emailers and webpages • Design digital collateral: social media graphics and marketing assets • Create a variety of product packaging: tags, boxes, stickers, etc. • Develop art for products: tapestries, tote bags, wall banners, etc. • Design in-store print materials: window displays, in-store signage, etc. • Develop original concepts, designs, and innovative ideas for company campaigns • Miscellaneous in-house design needs with quick turnarounds • Uphold brand standards across all platforms and maintain its integrity throughout the creative process • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Art Director and cross-functional teams • Perform other related duties as required and assigned Qualities + Skills: • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to take creative direction and be a team player • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Flexible with a desire to jump in and contribute wherever needed • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to switch gears quickly and balance multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and vendors • Positive attitude and flexible mindset Requirements: • Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design or related field • Entry Level to 4 years’ relevant experience • A stellar portfolio is a must – we’re looking for someone with a thorough understanding of branding, design, illustration, and typography • Proficient with Mac • Exceptional skill in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Knowledge of UI/UX design and web standards • Skill in Figma, Procreate and working on an iPad is a plus • Illustration design skills • Strong sense of layout design, visual hierarchy, use of color, and typography • Full understanding of print production and appropriate file setup • Eligible to work one day per week remotely after 60-day probationary period (Either Monday or Friday) • Must be based in DFW Earthbound Trading Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and E-Verify participant
