Job Description
Who we are looking for
We are growing the US Marketing Team and looking for someone who is passionate about design and sports to join us.
You will be responsible for producing the visual assets and promotional imagery for our websites, social media and digital channel. You will have the ability to think creatively and develop engaging and interactive designs to support promotional materials. This encompasses crafting creative based on the various US states of interest and working with multiple channels to ensure the deliverables are graphically engaging, on time and meet brand guidelines.
You will be experienced with graphic design, sports marketing, evaluation and other media functions.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
Good working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and PowerPoint.
Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or digital art.
Good sports or gambling knowledge.
Ability to interpret a brief and adapt when expectations change at short notice.Experience with Cinema 4D, After Effects or Frontify with Sketch.
Excellent communication skills and open to feedback.
Detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Exceptional time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Amending existing promotional imagery.
Checking all imagery and concepts match briefs prior to production.
Liaising with other product and design teams to capture design requirements and feedback.
Working alongside creative coordinators on a daily basis, responding to a variety of design request.
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Managing a brief from concept to creation ensuring timely delivery.
