Core Skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

Graphic Design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience designing for luxury brands across email marketing, print collateral, and ad campaigns
• Familiarity with Adobe Commerce and Shopify backend for web design and asset placement
Photography
• Skilled in e-commerce photography and stylized product shoots
• Bonus: Experience working in a photo studio with an understanding of lighting and advanced photography techniques
Content Creation
• Experienced in developing elevated visual content across formats—Reels, digital assets, stills, and short-form video
• Comfortable creating for and managing content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Preferred Knowledge
• Understanding of the beauty and skincare industry
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how content supports discoverability
• Experience using email platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus
Job Duties
• Design & Visual Communication
Create compelling, on-brand visual assets for web, email, social media, print, packaging, and in-store marketing materials. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design with a clear visual hierarchy and aesthetic cohesion.
• Email & Digital Campaigns
Design and build targeted email marketing campaigns, including layout, graphics, and basic copy optimization. Collaborate with marketing leads to ensure messaging aligns with brand goals and drives measurable engagement.
• Brand Identity & Standards
Assist in maintaining and evolving brand standards across all touchpoints. Ensure consistency in tone, color, typography, and messaging throughout internal and external communications.
• Cross-Channel Consistency
Organize and implement cohesive campaigns across marketing platforms—including social media, e-commerce, paid advertising, and print—ensuring all content supports a unified brand narrative.
• Project Coordination & Execution
Manage timelines and workflow for creative projects from concept through execution. Coordinate with vendors, printers, and team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
• Creative Development & Ideation
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews. Present visual concepts and marketing ideas with clarity, purpose, and strategic insight.
• Content Support & Asset Management
Support the content team with photo editing, video graphics, and layout design. Maintain an organized asset library and manage updates to creative files as needed.
• Analytics Awareness
Collaborate with the digital team to review campaign performance and refine creative direction based on insights and key metrics.
Job Qualifications
Basic HTML/CSS is preferred
Experience with Magento/WordPress preferred
Passion for the beauty industry is a plus
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to respond to technical and creative feedback positively and constructively
