ServiceTitan is looking for a Group Product Manager with a track record for driving new products and features from concept to successful launch and market adoption. The Group Product Manager will own the strategy, development and launch of products related to Fleet Management for home and commercial service providers and ensure achievement defined customer outcomes. Fleet Management is essential to a smooth operating fleet of vehicles, no matter the size. Tracking the location and condition of the vehicles, maintenance schedules, safety alerts, and fuel usage helps manage costs and keeps vehicles and assets working longer, and the technicians safe. Fleet Management is tightly integrated with other products on ServiceTitan's platform including Scheduling, Dispatching, etc., and requires close collaboration with these product teams. This role requires strong and proactive leadership and a demonstrated ability to drive large product initiatives with a 10x mindset.. The Group Product Manager will champion best product development practices to deliver phenomenal value and delightful experiences to our customers while building a new business line for the company.
What you'll do:

• Develops the Fleet Management product portfolio vision and roadmap, building defensive moats with highly differentiated solutions, and seeks market disruption opportunities.
• Leads the product development team to deliver outsized business outcomes for our customers by providing high product-market fit solutions.
• Leads their cross-functional team of product, marketing, and sales to develop the TAM/SAM/SOM reach of their business line including expansion through ServiceTitan's subsidiaries, associations, and building a network of partners to cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Ensures the development of a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
• Proactively manages all costs of selling and seeks continuous improvements on sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Have your finger on the pulse on the competitive landscape, market disruptions, emerging ankle-biters, leveraging outbound marketing to prepare competition battle cards.
• Proactively manages all costs to serve metrics and seeks continuous improvements to implement and support the customer efficiently.
• Must possess and develop deep customer empathy across the team through customer visits and engagement in Product Advisory Groups.

• Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the rest of the organization on your product's strategy and roadmap.

• Engage at the client level with strong communication and presentation skills, whether to manage a customer escalation or help with a prospective client opportunity.

What you'll need:

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a product management role
• Experience with Logistics Management software preferred
• Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, inclusive of build/buy/partner analysis
• Prior experience with partner identification, negotiation, and relationship management
• Prior experience in taking a digital product from concept to successful launch
• Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
• Experience building or implementing modern SaaS applications
• Deep knowledge of the Product Management discipline and experience in building and maturing Product teams
• Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills
• 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred
