Group Product Manager - Integrations Platform

About the role

Afresh is a mission driven startup with an ambitious vision for revolutionizing our food systems: we’re enabling grocers to intelligently manage their fresh food supply chain, making fresh food more sustainable and available to all. As the Group Product Manager for Integration Platform, you’ll be a critical leader responsible for much of our mission’s success. You’ll own the vision and strategy of our next generation Data Platform, driving scalable integrations with customers and effectively capturing and processing fresh data from grocers at all levels of technical maturity. • Own the product strategy and execution of our data ingestion platform including our data model, data pipelines, relevant user interfaces, and data monitoring capabilities.
• Communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your decisions. Evangelize your vision and excite others with where you want to take your product.
• Work cross-functionally with our Deployment and Customer Success Teams, Engineering and Design to realize our product vision by taking products from conception to launch.
• Through user research and data analysis, develop user stories and product requirements, engage in usability and prototype testing, and define and monitor success metrics for maximal impact.

Skills and experience

• 10+ years of product management overall, with 2+ years related to data powered products and/or data infrastructure.
• Experience managing or mentoring other product managers.
• A background in engineering, data analytics, data science and/or cloud-based data solutions, with extensive knowledge of data extraction, data mapping, data wrangling, data processing and data ingestion concepts and processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather data, both qualitative and quantitative, emerge with insights, and make and communicate well-reasoned decisions.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with ability to bring clarity to complexity and communicate customer needs, architectural requirements, and product goals across cross-functional teams
• Experience as a leader with proven ability to collaborate and influence others in a highly cross-matrixed environment
• Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining launch strategy and leading design discussions.
