Group Product Manager, Workspace Agents, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  
• Experience building products at global scale and defining quality metrics, evaluations, working with raters and rating templates.
• Experience with Generative AI and quality (e.g., ranking, recommendations, auction systems, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

Experience building products at global scale.

Experience defining quality metrics, evaluations, working with raters and rating templates.

Experience with AI ethics, responsible development, trust and safety.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Provide clarity on the user problems to be solved with clear prioritization.
• Lead LLM quality iterations while developing new methods of evaluations and metrics for team-based agents.
• Work simultaneously across work streams at different stages in their product life cycle (e.g., prototype, production build, future bet exploration, etc.)
  
• Operate in an ambiguous, changing environment internally and externally.
• Understand the changing market and competitive landscape.
