Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Growth Marketing Manager with a successful track record in building and managing an omni-channel lifecycle journey to drive sales opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth. This is a critical role that demands a mix of strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead Generation: Develop, implement, and continuously refine the lead generation strategy to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into qualified leads. Identify key channels, tactics, and technologies to drive lead generation success.
  • Content Activation: Work with the content team to create consumable and interesting content that aligns to the customer journey.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, and Marketing, to create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns. This includes email marketing, content marketing, paid media, webinars, paid advertising, and other creative approaches.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement effective lead nurturing programs to engage and educate prospects throughout the buyer's journey. Develop automated nurturing workflows to ensure leads are consistently nurtured, increasing their likelihood to convert.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. Provide insightful data-driven reports to senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Leverage data insights and continuously test, measure and optimize campaigns and tactics.
  • Insights: Be a strategic thought partner to sales and broader marketing team. Proactively share insights across the organization and ensure cross-functional alignment by proactively keeping everyone in the loop on funnel conversion, improvement ideas, and feedback.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in growth or lifecycle marketing specifically – B2B experience is a plus.
  • An experimental mindset and an ability to act and adapt based on what the data is telling you.
  • A passion for crafting and optimizing the buyer's journey.
  • Ability to understand the voice and perspectives of multiple personas and ICPs.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and the ability to juggle many priorities.
  • Experience with Marketo, 6sense, and Asana preferred.
  • Exceptional collaborator and influencer. Must be able to engage with multiple stakeholders and quickly build relationships to accomplish objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
  • You are nimble and adaptable when priorities change and continue to see the bigger picture.

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. 

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $63,000 to $144,250. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
