Team Introduction
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.

Responsibilities
1. SMB<>ENT/ ENT<>ENT/New Entity/AO <> Direct onboarding
1. Onboarding communication
2. Business account registration & troubleshooting
2. Account transfer troubleshooting
3. Revenue Binding
4. Performance Adjustment
5. Weekly report ID Growth team data retrieval and basic analysis
6. Dashboard development or doc development for report purposes
7. Blue Tick Verification
8. Appeal rejected ads
9. Track & follow up things to do across all POD and BPM
10. Logistics of meeting/event/client engagement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior internship or work experience in a similar role, especially in a fast-paced or tech environment, recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Self-starter and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration/project management
- Familiarity with TikTok's platform
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist team members and adapt to dynamic priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
