Head Bartender

Job Title:               Head Bartender (live in option available)
Location:              Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, HP4 1NS
Reports to:           Food & Beverage Manager

Hours:                  Full time (regular weekend and evening working – annualised hours)

The Opportunity

Our food and beverage team are at the epicentre of our business and deliver the highest level of service to our clients daily. From weddings and afternoon teas to corporate meetings and gala dinners, the team strive to deliver the highest of service to all guests.

We are looking for someone with suitable bar experience, ideally from a fast paced, quality bar background, with a focus on wine and cocktails and a passion for delivering an amazing experience. You should have experience of working amongst a team and possess an aptitude for a modern way of working.

• Cellar management and stock taking experience
